I was born and raised on Maui, Hawaii.  I moved to Southern California to pursue further opportunities and to advance my career in architecture, interiors, and furniture.  I love being indoors as well as outdoors.

Coordinated and developed the required programming, pre-schematics, schematics, design development with some model making/presentations, and construction documents for various city agencies, and/or some OSHPD approvals within code compliance for construction and close-out of projects.

Responded to RFQs/RFPs and developed the required proposals, project budgets, schedules, and value engineering while maintaining a consideration for standards and branding with clientele and consultants.

Created/Developed TeamFWA Interiors and Furniture specifications department and coordinated with vendors and manufacturers.
