- Prepare Construction Documents (including RCPs, PTPs, etc.) for different projects.
- Worked in all design phases of a housing project in Brooklyn, including building code research, schematic design of
the buildings, material research, Construction Document development, and 3D models.
- Assist meetings with clients and vendors.
- Regularly assist in all phases of different types of architectural and interior design projects,
including laboratories, offices, and residential buildings.
- Work extensively with AutoCad.
- Work on details and millwork drawings of various projects.
- Make 3d models for different projects, in SketchUp and Rhino.
- Experience with building code and zoning research, as well as ADA requirements.
