About

ARCHITECT-PROJECT MANAGER
Dynamic, results-oriented project manager with 27+ years of experience in all aspects of architectural design, construction management and site administration. Exceptional organizational skills combined with expertise in the areas of infrastructure design, building sciences, advanced construction materials, and green building development. Outstanding communicator and team leader with a proven track record of collaborating with design professionals, contractors, developers, and property owners to provide construction solutions in a variety of industries. Completed projects include construction developments in educational, recreational, hospitality, civic, commercial, health care, industrial, residential, and ecclesiastical properties, Olympic class sports facilities.

My career has provided opportunities to work on a great variety of projects which has afforded me personal and professional growth within the communities of architecture and construction which enveloped many different cultures. Social economic circumstances motivates different approaches to construction and the use of foreign and local building materials. Being exposed to so many ideas, concepts, and techniques has been an interesting mosaic of challenges. We as North Americans need to consider that our way is not always the right way. We can learn and incorporate ideas from less advanced cultures as well as those that are leading the way in technology.
