About

I am an architect that last worked for 14 years for an in-house architectural office of a San Francisco based real estate developer.  The developer specializes in multi-residential and medium sized commercial retail projects for national and local tenants, constructed from the ground up and also renovated from existing buildings.

Working directly for a developer required that I manage several projects at different stages of development.  My duties included tasks from all stages of development, from the early stages of due diligence, entitlement and client interaction, through preparing documents for permit approval, construction administration and the final stages of project close out.
