Assisted numerous clients with processing, controlling, confirming and settling accounts; researched and troubleshot problems with accounting, product development and service deployment. Contributed to the development of re-engineering methods to improve processes and reduce risks for greater profitability.

Developed media plans, pitches and advertising strategies by understanding a client's objectives, budget and other unique constraints. Worked closely with agency creatives to take concepts from mockups and wireframes to campaigns for relevant digital, print and other mediums. Evaluated the effectiveness of strategies using various analytics platforms.

Developed and maintained branding, typography, style and collateral for five print publications and two websites in a major metro market with a circulation over 150,000; worked closely with editorial to develop layouts, special issues, graphics packages and infographics; oversaw the development of a content management system for direct digital publishing; Other duties included preflight and prepress of publication and photo editing including color correction, cutouts and retouching.

In-house agency duties included work with University of Central Florida's marketing, sports marketing and ISP Sports Marketing in the development of collateral for its Division I sports teams; created print and digital display advertisements for clients based on objectives and design briefs; worked closely with clients to develop creative briefs and acquired supporting collateral for creative development.

Our excellent work lead to a near tripling our readership in 5 publications and earning awards in excellence like Best Of from Student Society of Professional Journalists, Pacemaker from Associated Collegiate Press and Florida Leader’s Best in Design.
