Project Manager: Personally communicating and coordinating with all Clients for each project. Starting from the Schematic Design Phase I take all projects through Construction Documents and up to the start of construction. This includes coordinating with all engineers and other project consultants as well as helping the clients through the bidding process and finishing the permitting phase. I also regularly do the zoning and code research on New Projects along with the begging design process before the project is officially assigned to a Project Manager.
