Co-founder of Architecture Hero, an investigatory design studio that seeks to exploit the nuances of the everyday through a combination of comic book story telling and architectural drawing types. It revels in banality, dry humor, and quality local beers. From a background of poorly designing tee shirt illustrations for internet competitions, Alexander has translated his fervor for cartooning by reconciling the fact that he can't actually draw so well, but if he does enough of it maybe nobody will notice.

Placed second with my architecture comic entry, Beautifully Banal, co-designed with Danny Travis. Beautifully Banal explores the beauty of the every day by presenting a unique blend of mundane situations presented in a stylistic method.
