As an architectural designer and project coordinator, I was responsible for designing plans for the Fan Plants on the Trans Hudson Express Tunnel Project. I was responsible of performing In-depth studies of Tunnel Ventilation solution prior to the design phase. I was responsible of addressing problems and solutions in coordination with the other disciplines. I was also responsible for coordinating with each of the engineering disciplines to identify requirements for major MEP utilities and associated design features within the Fan Plants. As a LEED Accredited Professional (AP), I was assigned to work within the design & LEED Project team of the Kearny Yard Employee Facility to ensure the incorporation of sustainable design principles and integration for the 20,000 sf. Facility.

As an architectural designer, I was responsible for the coordination activities to be performed by staff and consultants on various retrofit and new construction projects (E.g. office buildings, retail centers, warehouse structures, hotels, townhouse developments, and multi-story apartment buildings). I was responsible for conducting extensive building code research and performed zoning analysis at the start of each project, and for coordinating activities of the project team in the development of Construction Documents.
