• Part of a 4-person team for a Passive House mixed-use building, including 189 units of affordable housing, senior housing and a community center, Design Development.

Landscape design of four projects; including a 3 acres residential property in Southampton, NY.

• Assist the principal in the design development of a 10,000 sf wood- land garden, 4 green roofs, 2 interior gardens, 20,000 sf of walking paths and tall grasses, and a 1,000 sf vegetable garden.

Responsible of two landmark high-end residential projects in New York City and a 8,000 sqft residence in East Hampton, NY.

• Assist Lead designer in design development of a $14 million gut renovation of a landmark residence
• Perform zoning analysis based New York City zoning laws.
• Create LPC packages for submission to the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission
• Create DOB packages for submission to the New York City Department of Buildings.
• Participate in New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission hearing
• Develop design and construction drawings for all four projects.
• Provide site observation; coordinated with consultants, contractors and decorators during design and construction phase.
