Design is a tool with no limits with which I can create. The only requirements are ideas, paper and pencils. I have completed my degree in Architecture in Dominican Republic, where my roots are from. I have been tremendously influenced by concepts like "developing countries" and "post industrial societies". For my undergraduate thesis, my interest in technology made me investigate and study how the new technologies of information are dramatically changing the way that architecture and its practice is approached, and as a result, the way that cities are being built. The subject of my thesis tried to open a dialogue between digital technology and urban design.
I am passionate about architecture and have gained experience in design, art and leadership from different organizational involvement. I have free-lanced at firms specializing in the areas of Architecture, Construction, Urban and Interior Design. In these positions I have gained a broad range of skills in various computer programs, materials resourcing, image renderings, social media and other areas of the conceptual design process. These proficiencies would allow me to provide any environment with adaptability, motivation and increased effectiveness.

Responsible for the production of construction documents in the CAD environment. Development of projects from architectural sketches and schematic drawings into construction documents. Techniques included the x referencing of base drawings into finish title sheets, the layering of drawings and use of standard architectural libraries. Projects included residential, retail, professional offices and small apartments. Verified as-built conditions and created construction.

This architecture project involved designing and remodeling a school. With a specific idea in mind, the owner wanted three educational centers in different cities. Under a strict deadline and budget, I had to be the project manager and actually move to the location. I did everything from helping him choose the places for the schools, design them, contract sub-contractors, buy all the materials, and supervise, interior design, furniture design, and payroll.

Analyzed and created various projects for clinics, schools, church’s, houses and hotels. Projects centered on inspection of environmental elements, measuring existing structures and designing new structures. Used from sketching by hand, taking pictures of existing and-or new spaces, to create them on specific required CAD programs to tridimensional designs to present owners.

Designed floor plans for a two level household, including electrical, plumbing and structural components. Designed the sections and dimensions of the floor plans utilizing Architectural Desktop, AutoCAD. Created a 3D model of the two level house utilizing AutoCAD, Cinema 4D, Sketch Up.
