Construction Project Manager Architectural 2004- Present

Manage construction projects from pre-construction through construction, installation and occupancy and commissioning. Prepare project estimates, budgets and schedules, select consultants, contractors and FF&E vendors from RFP through bidding. Process purchase orders and pay requisitions (AIA Contract and vendor invoice). Project work includes support MEP systems, fire suppression, IT infrastructure. Department of Health (Article 28 CON) and Building Department Permits. Manage relocation of staff and equipment.

Construction Project Manager 2017-Present, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center New York, NY

Three and 1.5 tesla GE MRI suite, Mammogram imaging suite, Inter-operative Operating suite with 1.5 T IMRIS/Siemens MRI (Brain Surgery).  Various clinical and administrative projects.

 

Construction Project Manager 2014-2017, Weill Cornell Medical College New York, NY

Managed construction of clinical outpatient suites, research laboratories, along with academic teaching, library and public spaces; entry lobbies and corridors and donor recognition initiatives. Projects included equipment installations to include N.M.R, electron microscopes, R.O. clean Water systems, GMP Clean Labs and the supporting M.E.P. support systems.

Construction Project Manager 2012-2014- United States Library of Congress, Washington, DC

Managed re-fit of library stacks from fixed shelving to high density storage throughout the library. Managed asbestos abatement of the Adams facility along with renovation of reading rooms and administrative and support spaces.

 

Construction Project Manager 2006-2011, NYU School of Medicine, New York, NY

Managed the design and construction of clinical inpatient and outpatient suites along academic and administrative uses throughout the portfolio. Installations and related equipment to include MRI, CT Scan, nuclear camera and other medical equipment. Managed the conversion of spaces for temporary training facilities for Epic computer software rollout.
