I have been working in the architectural field for 23 years. My projects have been a combination of Retail, Hospitality and T.I interior projects. I have been a project manager for the last ten years managing multiple projects for Chipotle, LA Fitness, Office Depot, McDonalds and projects for USC. I have been on Autocad for 18 years and I’m currently using Architectural autocad 2011. I can use Sketchup (although to say I’m proficient would be a slight exaggeration), and I can use all of the Microsoft Office programs. I can also use Photoshop.

Manage various projects from space plan through construction. Projects include various LA Fitness Interior Design projects throughout the US, Office Depot Tenant Improvement projects throughout the Western USA, McDonald’s restaurants in Southern California. Review drawings for compliance with local building codes, ADA compliance and tracking progress through building departments. Provide contractor with construction supervision, to include response to RFI’s, site visits and aid with building inspector questions.

Manage various projects from space plan through construction. Projects include various LA Fitness Interior Design projects throughout the US and currently 3 ground-up Architectural projects in Southern California, Chipotle Mexican Grill restaurants throughout Southern California, Transmachine project (learning facility funded by Honda to aid in the teaching of students in General Los Angeles area) and Maki-Maki, a full serve Japanese restaurant. Duties include setting project budget and charting of hours spent by employees to insure profitability of each project. Also to set project schedule supervise progress of drawings and taking whatever course of action is required to ensure that the project remains on schedule. Reviewing drawings for compliance with local building codes and tracking progress through building departments. Providing contractor with construction supervision, to include response to RFI’s, site visits and aid with building inspector questions.
