I would like to introduce myself as Architect working on different capacities for several years - mainly in Dubai, UAE - with international multidisciplinary architectural and engineering consulting firms as well as representing UAE clients and real estate developers, regionally and internationally.

As per my attached CV, my experience covers different types and sizes of international standard projects in the UAE as well as in Brazil and Egypt - including buildings, high rise residential and office towers, industrial and logistics, etc. - where I have acquired skills and knowledge on projects different stages from feasibility / inception stage up to the construction final hand over with a focus on post design aspects including tendering management, value engineering, construction management and site supervision, technical aspects, disputes prevention and contractors' claims assessment / resolution, contract management and administration for projects from feasibility / post design inception stage up to the construction final hand over.

Responsibilities:
A- Initiating and establishing the projects’ briefs, requests for proposal (RFP), defining the consultants’ scope of services and terms of reference (TOR), prequalifying and inviting the shortlisted international and local consultants.
B- Evaluating and approving the consultancy offers / tender submissions of the design and construction management services (pre contract and post contract) and establishing relevant agreements with the appointed consultants based on FIDIC white book and in coordination with the company’s departments & international parties related to the legal and insurance aspects forming the agreements.
C- Managing the design progress and technical workshops with the key stakeholders and authorities to ensure all deliverables comply with the

scope of services, business intents, budgets, expected qualities, timeline schedules, defined projects CAPEX/OPEX, and initiating VE items to optimize cost as well as approving the tender documents.
