•Produced quality details and construction documents for projects in Los Angeles and Shanghai, China.

•Concept design and design development for entertainment spaces, pool and spa areas and recreation facilities of 200,000sqft new construction residential project in Shanghai. The residence was designed with a French Chateau aesthetic and included lavish accommodations for the owners’ extended family. The home included 3 theaters, a casino, numerous bars, a bowling alley, full-service spa, and a wine cellar with tasting room.

•Lead architectural designer responsible for a Mediterranean style 9500sqft bespoke construction single family residence in Palos Verdes Estates. Responsible for producing a program with the clients, understanding and explaining the city’s parameters and requirements and accurately sharing this information with the rest of the design team. Followed by coordinating and producing concept site plans, floor plans, and sections for discussion. These designs were then developed to include elevations and landscape plans for client presentation and city preliminary submittal.
