Over 12 years of international practice in architectural and interior design field. My
goal has been to gain experience on a variety of project types: commercial,
hospitality, high-end residential, educational, ecclesiastical, multi-family, senior and
assisted living, as well as on different styles of project delivery—traditional, designbuild,
integrated. I have a proven record of thorough understanding of all project
phases including contracts, interior space planning, permit drawings, construction
documents, details, specifications, schedules, code requirements, budgeting, and
construction contract administration.
I am determined to continue my career in the Architecture/Interior Design field within

• After passing all the ARE exams (December 2011) I am expecting my
architectural license.

Responsible for preparation of construction contract documents
following established office standards. Responsible for 3D models/still
renderings and presentation material for new construction and
remodeling projects. Interface with other disciplines to integrate all
project elements into unified designs. Assisted Principal Architect in
design for retail, restaurants, mixed use developments, hotels and clubs.
Performed code analysis and researched systems and materials.
Assisted Project Manager in administration of construction contracts and
conducted periodic on-site observation of work during construction to
monitor compliance with construction documents. Responsible for code
analysis and compliance of project design. Responsible for implementing
sustainable design principles into projects by preparing and presenting
environmentally responsible design approaches in building design and
