• Assist as directed by the QA/QC Manager with development and implementation of the Contract Management System, identifying key processes and ensuring these are documented and implemented in the contract requirements.
• Prepare project specific quality plans/method statements when required.
• Review and approve vendor inspection and test/quality plans.
• Oversee QA coordinators to ensure that QA activity and reporting is in accordance with the quality guidelines. This includes coordinating change requests, and issuing RFIs and NCRs, if required for QA purposes.
• Consolidate, review, and manage the various coordinator inspection reports to ensure compliance with, and facilitate any relevant Project Reporting requirements.
• Review all inspection and QA/QC documentation and ensure that the quality documents required for area and systems turnover are provided in their entirety.
• Assist in development of Quality Plan.
• Organize and participate in day to day inspection requirement.
• Inspection and surveillance are carried out in accordance to their respective Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and applicable procedures.
• Supervise Quality Assurance/Quality Control testing and inspect grading, granular, concrete, asphalt, electrical and all other construction activities required as per the MS Construction.
• Ensure that contractor’s work is completed according to plans, standards and specifications prior to approving work and progress payments.
• Preparation of compliance inspection reports.
• Conduct tests and analysis on raw materials, pre/post production samples (refining, bleaching, and deodorizing) and finish products using a variety of techniques (gas chromatography, spectroscopy and wet chemistry).
• Assist with the schedule of daily production.
• Communicating and/or reporting of compliance status for project sites.

• Reviews CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, study models, construction documents, and color boards prepared by Architecture Designers team. Ensures compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.

• Perform pre-inspection evaluation of construction activities covering base foundation preparation, formworks installation, steel reinforcement and embedded items settings.
• Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) on any activity that is found non-compliant to specified requirements and follow up through to satisfactory closure. Ensure proper logs/records are maintained for all Non-conformance's and corrective actions.
• Review Method Statements, ITP’s as submitted to ensure compliance with the Contract requirements.
• Ensures that the Contractor coordinates the work with the works of other (sub)contructors and between disciplines, such as MEP systems, Ship Equipment and Systems, etc.
