My knowledge and experience enables me to effectively design and execute projects in a variety of Interior Design disciplines, not only as a Designer but also as a Project Manager and Construction Administrator.  I am experienced in conceptual and schematic design, design development, programming, space plans and ceiling concepts, partition plans and elevations, FF&E sourcing and selection, custom furniture and lighting design and detailing, hand-sketching, reviewing and red-lining CD's and bid sets, RFI’s, creating and presenting FF&E presentation boards, creating and assembling specification books and schedules, bid packages, signage and branding, mentoring and managing Junior staff, site surveys, reviewing shop drawing submittals, attending progress meetings and site visits, coordinating with photographers and renderers, directing and inspecting on-site installations, and managing clients, vendors, and contractors.  My proficiencies include AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.

Successfully completed design projects include private residences, hotels, casinos in the United States and Mexico, law firms, financial institutions, and insurance companies.  Projects range in size from 500 sf to 380,000 sf.
