Project Manager for a $800,000 Historic Rehabilitation project in Palm Springs. Myresponsibilities included oversight of design & construction documents, securingapprovals from the Planning Department, City Council and Historic Site PreservationBoard, construction cost analysis, and review of compliance with the Department ofInterior Guidelines for Historic Preservation. I acted as the Primary Liaison with theHistoric Site Preservation Board.

Facilities Yard Improvements - College of the Desert, Palm Desert, Ca
Project Architect for a $350,000 modernization project which included the design andconstruction of a new pump house, utility equipment replacement and site parkingimprovements for ADA access. These combined projects required extensive interfacewith DSA during the design, approval, construction, and close out phases. Completed2010.

Proposed Design for a Downtown Landmark Tensile Structure located at the center ofdowntown. The proposed "Vortex" Structure was designed to highlight the revitalizedretail and dining district, as well as symbolize the spirit of this desert community.

North Shore Beach & Yacht Club - North Shore, Ca

Project Architect for the $3.5 million, 6,500 sq ft Historic Rehabilitation of a YachtClub built in 1958 by the Swiss Architect, Albert Frey. The dilapidated structure wasrestored for an adapted re-use as a Community Center and Museum under theDepartment of Interior Guidelines for Historic Rehabilitations. This project was fundedthrough the Riverside County Economic Development Agency. Completed 2010.
