Full services are typical for Multi-family & Mixed Use, custom homes and large additions. My fee for full service delivery for new construction of residential projects is about half that of other Architects in the area. My services are priced at 7% of the cost of construction. This is the same or better service delivery compared with the typical fee, at 15% of the cost of construction, charged by the Big Name firms in the Seattle area.
