Transitioned in to estimating as demand increased from Design/Build to Construction Management services. After taking over for Lead Estimator, I worked with the company’s oldest and most demanding clients as, such as Nike and Guess, as part of the highest earning Project Manager / Estimator team.

Transferred to MSOE to complete my Bachelor’s degree. The primary reason for attending MSOE was the hands on approach to construction management and the incorporation of Revit in to the curriculum. Selected to the 2009 & 2010 Regional Champion Design / Build competition teams and the 2010 National Champion Pre-Construction team. I served as Project Manager and Field Superintendant for these teams as well and preparing estimates and construction logistics plans.
