Sam Ozman holds two degrees in Architecture and over 20 years experience across Design and Project Management. He is a Licensed Contractor and has successfully worked in a range of buildings typologies and sizes, across all project stages from pre-concept through to post completion. He does work as individual and as a team leader to manage activities associated with detailed design development, project coordination, planning, organizing and execution.
He is particularly adept at designing through computer modeling, drafting, sketching, diagramming. He successfully has managed construction administration of award winning projects, usually involving many team members and project groups. He has in-depth knowledge and application of construction methods, building materials and detailing such as steelworks, façade, millwork, joinery, etc.
The common threads in all his work are his devotion to community and culture and his ability to guide a team. Sam’s natural leadership fosters creativity and comradery from everyone involved in a project, while his ability to synthesize diverse ideas and perspectives produces outstanding results.
He is an Associate Member of the American Institute of Architects based in Pasadena AIA California.
