My architectural design/build practice has focused on sustainable and adaptive re-use projects including a small vineyard development office, historic barn-to-guest house conversion, and green renovation of a bungalow. I offer design services include site analysis and programming, schematic design, design development, materials research, spec'ing and sourcing, code review, drafting, preparing construction document sets for approvals, obtaining permits, 3D renderings and animations, and graphic design.

My construction administration experience includes writing RFPs, contract negotiation, reference-checking, purchasing, managing vendors, scheduling, budgeting, client reporting, team leading, and quality control.

I also work on identity creation and branding, produce marketing collateral such as brochures and postcards, design signage, and do event planning.

Online-focused work includes website design, development, and ongoing content management, copywriting and editing, photography and image manipulation using Photoshop, and social media marketing.

In this role at a respected contemporary fine art sculpture gallery, I focused on sales and relationships, technical and spatial problem-solving, and written and visual communications.

This included working with architects, designers, developers, and private clients to aesthetically and functionally place large-scale sculpture; interfacing with city governments and artists to scope, spec, and schedule public art commissions; exhibit design and sculpture maintenance; using knowledge of materials, structure, and spatial reasoning to pack sculptures for shipment, and to write and diagram installation and maintenance instructions for large-scale and kinetic pieces.

Output included product photography, digital imaging, copywriting, and maintenance of the gallery’s extensive e-commerce website; graphic design of signage and marketing materials; and researching and writing press releases, marketing and product copy, Facebook and Twitter posts, blogs, and e-newsletters.
