I am looking for a position in a design oriented architecture firm. I have sixteen years of experience working on various public and projects.
In New York, I worked as a designer and on the drawing production team on a major transportation hub project. I also gained experience with traditional high end residential projects working directly with the principal in design through construction documents and construction.
In Arizona, I was a project manager for a large scale hospitality project that included remodeling and new construction. Before that, I functioned as a designer on a master planned retail center and as a project manager developing prototypical retail projects.
I also have design and construction experience working on higher educational projects in California.
I can take a project through the early phases of schematics with a client, helping them define their scope and budget, and move through design development. I find this phase to be the most exciting, as I am very detail oriented. Finally, I am comfortable working with a team on the construction documents through construction administration.
