My passion for design and construction is long standing. I have a Bachelor of Architecture degree from New York Institute of Technology in Manhattan. I have been involved in residential and commercial construction of all phases for over 10 years. Some of my experience includes: laboring and supervising construction jobs of all sizes, running crews anywhere from two to twenty workers, designing not only spaces but furniture as well, and finally, carrying out design-build projects from conception to reality. It is integral for architects to understand the process of construction in order to ensure that their ideas and designs are brought to their full potential. I am someone who can bridge the gap between design and construction, making the transition between phases of a project as fluid as possible.
The experience I have gained in the field is a compliment to the knowledge I have attained in school. My dedication and attention to detail has earned me several awards while a student at NYIT, some of which include, the Nevery Award for Excellence in Design, A.I.A. Queens innovative housing competition finalist, and representative of the Design Department three years in a row.
