Residential & Commercial Design:

Completed the design, design development, construction documents and permit process for Phil's Diner. The project consists of the restoration of an existing historical prefabricated Dining Car (oldest in CA) and the new construction of a 1 story Type V-B Fully Sprinklered Building. The new Building contains a support kitchen and disabled access men and women's restrooms for the Dining Car. The required parking spaces for both the Dining Car and the new Building are provided in an adjacent existing parking structure located at 11144 W. Weddington Street.

As a Project Director in the Special Projects Studio, I completed the Design Development and Construction Details for Yas Island Golf Links Clubhouse and Display Residences in Abu Dhabi. Also completed the Interior Architecture for the Beverly West Towers which consisted of 35 luxury condominiums for a high-rise building at Wilshire and Comstoct in West Los Angeles.

As a Senior Project Manager / Consultant, I completed the Design Development, Construction Documents and Permitting Process for NO HO III Office Building and Parking Structure in North Hollywood.

As a Senior Project Manager I completed more than 10 Residential Multi-Family and Mixed Use projects. These include 626 Condominium Units for Toll Brothers in Dublin, CA and 309 Apartment Units for Avalon Bay Communities near Marina Del Rey, CA. Also, a Leasing Office and Fitness Center for AIMCO in Escondido, CA.
