A. Designed the layout for 26 ac site for inner city re-development: Development included town homes, Wal-Mart neighbourhood market, 202 senior complex, church, neighbourhood park, educational complex, (3) retail building , a professional building and (2) banks.
B. Develop finical plan to use government incentives in covering gap funding of development. Wrote grant guidelines to use NSP, Tiff, HOME & CDBG funds. Showed how layering of funds could be used over the life of the project and would be a benefit to the city and show how the city can recapture it donation.
C. Provided an analysis of each phase of development and its cost; developed a (6) six year development plan for project. Provided feasibility analysis, prepared time line for tracking development budgets, managing design consultants, set up RFP’s for bidding, contracting, construction administration, and post-construction evaluations. Develop architectural plans for phase (1) of project. Wrote and set forth guidelines to assure quality control is followed in design and budget format.

Led three development projects in Louisiana, Alabama and Florida which entailed:
A. Providing a cost analysis for each phase of project development from concept to completion. Reported financial status of projects to Sr. management. Coordinate, plans, evaluated and prioritizes and schedule the project cost guidelines with the guidance of the Project Architect. Identify and resolve the many daily operational problems related to infrastructure issues and ancillary issues that arise at the project site. B. Performs a wide variety of work related to assigned reviews and evaluations of architectural, engineering, and administratively related plans and documents including drawings, specifications, bid documents, addenda and change orders which were submitted by sub-contractor for. POLK COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD, Bartow, FL, US, PRIVATE PLANNING CONSULTANT - ADA & EM STUDY

Conducted a study to evaluate of Polk County school sites and developed a plan for the school that were in violation of 502/503 & ADA compliance and safety inspections. Make sure that each campus come in compliance with ADA accessibility requirements with the following: Evaluated egress and common access points, corridor and wheelchair accessibility to public areas (bathrooms, dining areas, auditorium, sports fields, locker rooms, and classroom).
A. Constructed input data to the Geo-special Information System (GIS) to analyse, summarize, draw conclusions and make recommendation for incidents based on the damage assessment.
B. Conducted studies in Benefit-Cost Analysis to determine cost and impact on an incident, evaluating the finding results to determine the impact of the incident on public school facilities, structures and systems. Used Auto Cadd to design correction for all problems found. Develop drawings to put out for bids or to be corrected by in-house maintaince.
C. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental programs as well as efforts to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental, health, and safety regulations.
D. I had to develop a schedule to conducts and documents safety inspections, citing different dangerous areas at schools. Conducts and documents safety and environmental inspections as required.
E. Inspects and documents work areas to ensure the presence of appropriate fire protection equipment, safety equipment, first-aid supplies, and environmental compliance.

KEY CONTRIBUTIONS: Developed a transaction plan for State of Florida showing how county would comply with the recommendation to bring all facilities up to ADA guidelines, highlighting cost of each facility for ADA improvements; Conducted hazard prevention analysis for the school system to show how the system will assist with recovery efforts during time of disaster. A monitor work spaces to assure compliance with safety and environmental compliance programs, and identifies and corrects or ensures correction of unsafe conditions. Developed a GIS online activation program to visually show each site’s location, facility type and potential usage for the superintendent to evaluate supplies for its capacity at any given time.

Assisted in phase four project for development of a new 430,000 sq ft facility at the Kennedy Space Centre (design interior environment, mechanical system and human capital spaces). Reasonable for spaced planning assignment of personnel.

Preparing various complex plan elements of land use, transportation and environment infrastructure after review of existing comprehensive land use plans and special area development plans. I oversaw project designs from conception thru construction document.
