I have my own Architectural practice involve in all the phases of the project.

For 20  years I worked in small, medium and large architectural offices in Central America and South Florida, Developing Construction Documents, Design of  Residential, industrial and commercial projects, I was also National Director of Projects (Design & Supervision ) in a Nicaraguan Ministry.

As architect I have a large participation in Land Planning, Interior Design and construction of most of these projects.

In the last two years I had the opportunity to Design four Restaurants, Design of Six houses, Legalization  of existing construction, Remove violations on Residential and commercial Projects,and Design of Two Office Buildings

I am Registered Architect in the state of Florida, LEED GREEN Associate, and pursuing to have my LEED AP this coming year, I am the Secretary of The Nicaraguan Association of Engineers and Architects
