Assisted the Architecture Group in developing preliminary designs for Higher Education Building Projects and Campus Planning. Assisted Project Manager with presentations and proposals. Provided quality hand sketch renderings and 3D Graphics for marketing. Prepared working drawings, specifications, and construction documents. Reviewed Shop Drawings and RFI's.

Highlights:
• Missouri City Golf Clubhouse (Missouri City, TX) - Conceptualized an architectural image of the clubhouse for the shortlist presentation and was credited for the award of the project budgeted for $9M.

• Lamar Institute of Technology (Beaumont, TX) - Created 3D model of the whole three phases of the campus future development.

+ Tarleton State University Campus Master Plan (Stephenville, TX)- Hand-rendered conceptual images of the future gateways and sports complex for 2020 vision of the Campus worth $800M infrastructure development fund. The project has won Outstanding design on American School and University Magazine in 2010.

• University of Texas at Arlington (Arlington, TX) - Managed the whole construction process from schematic to construction administration of the 27,000 sf third floor addition and renovation of the Engineering Laboratory building.

• Weatherford Civic Center (Weatherford, TX) - Designed the proposed new civic center that will house future sports events and rodeos. The rendered images were published on Aledo Extra and Weatherford Telegram.

Worked directly with the Project Architect in developing K12 Facilities from schematic design to construction documents. Introduced alternative methods in construction technology through continuous education and research.

Highlights:
• James Monroe High School (Fredericksburg, VA) - Contributed in the design development of the new high school facility.

• Spotsylvania Elementary (Fredericksburg, VA) - Rendered an entire 3D model of the school site plan and building for client and public presentation.

+ Dinwiddie High School (Dinwiddie, VA) - Assisted on the design development and Construction document phase of the project.

• Edward Kelly Leadership Center (Manassas, VA) - Designed the overall interior lobby and open spaces of the building.

Produced marketing proposals for clients. Helped in conceptualising schematic designs through design development under Architect supervision. Utilized in-house operations to develop CAD standards and explore alternative graphic and modeling software(3D Max & Photoshop).

Highlights:
• University of Nevada, Reno Student Housing (Reno, NV) - Assisted the team on working drawings and presentations.

• St. Mary's Health Network Administrative Building (Reno, NV) - Developed floor and ceiling layouts and patterns, interior details and room finishes.

• San Joaquin Mental Health Facility (San Joaquin, CA) - Assisted the Project Manager in Construction Administration including quality review of shop drawings and specifications.

• Cold Springs Community Center (Cold Springs, NV) - First project to test-drive Revit and its capability to produced working drawings and rendering presentations.
