My strengths are client relationships, management of projects, research, site design and construction documents and construction administration. I have spent time in the field working for a general contractor as a superintendent and project management.
I have been practicing architecture for over 35 years. I have owned my own small firm for 30 of those years and have primarily designed commercial projects, to include offices, light industrial buildings/warehouse distribution and parks, interior design and planning, public schools, state/public projects, sports complexes and reseach facilites at UC Irvine.
I currently use AutoCAD and have some experience in Revit.
