I have over 10 years of professional experience, working on various projects for K-12, residential and retail clients.  As a Project Architect, I am responsible for completing Construction Documents, and works with AutoCAD to perform modeling.  I work closely with various architects  to verify the project meets your design expectations and to provide complete documents to assure a seamless transition to the construction phase.  Currently, I am working towards an AIA registration for the State of Georgia.  My  experience includes:

DeKalb Technical College, Classroom & Multipurpose Buildings, Clarkston, GA.  Initial programming phase led to complete design and construction services for this project, which includes a 78,000-SF Classroom Building addition and a new 20,000-SF Multipurpose Building.

. Oakwood College, New Privatized Student Housing Complex, Huntsville, AL. A new 300-bed student housing facility, including a mix of 4-bedroom, 4-bath and 4-bedroom, 2-bath units.  Each residence hall building includes common gathering areas and study rooms, computer labs and laundry facilities. Common areas in each unit include a living room and kitchenette.

. Cobb County Public Schools, Facilities Improvement Program, Marietta, GA.  Provided services to implement and manage renovation projects as part of the County¡¦s overall $280 million program.  More than 96 schools were included in the program, which provided the county school system with new classrooms, classroom additions, major facility renovations, as well as improvements in maintenance, furniture, equipment and technology.

. Paulding and Douglas County District Schools, GA.  Assisted in Design Development and Construction Documents for various addition and renovation projects throughout these Georgia school districts.

. Maynard Holbrook Jackson, Jr. International Airport, Atlanta, GA.  Performed civil documentation for terminal and concourse construction.

. United Parcel Service, Corporate office, Atlanta, GA.  As an Engineering CAD Specialist, I drafted and assisted in various scopes of mechanical materials handling systems (transfers & conveying systems), and drafted architectural construction plans that consisted of Electrical Schematic Design.

. Various residential, multifamily, and light commercial construction projects, Birmingham, AL.  Served as Project Architect, utilizing conventional framing methods and converting manual drawing into AutoCAD files.
