Born in Athens, Greece in 1983. Attended the Polytechnic School of Democritus University and received in 2006 his degree in Architecture and Architectural Engineering. Interned as an undergraduate in an award-winning firm in Greece and worked full-time as an Architect after graduation until enrolling at Pratt Institute for the MSc in Historic Preservation.
Since graduation worked in two international, award-winning NYC firms on new, preservation and renovation projects. Great experience with all phases of Construction, from holding Design meetings with clients to Construction Documents production, filing with NYC agencies (DOB, LPC) and Project and Site management.
Excellent CAD drafting (over 10 years) skills. Excels in fast paced environments and possesses strong problem solving skills. Works well independently as well as a part of a team.
Currently an International AIA member, working towards getting his NY State license.
FZAD Architecture & Design, New York, NY, US, Project Architect
Worked on numerous high-end renovations for residential, retail and office spaces. Also worked on two brownstone projects, one was partial exterior and interior renovation with Landmarks and Community Board applications and hearings, the other is a complete renovation and exterior restoration and joining of two adjoining townhouses.
Responsibilities include but not limited to, designing, preparing detailed CAD construction documents, construction details research and drafting, project and site management, presentations, 3D renderings, LPC and DOB filing and approvals, selecting finishes and hardware and creating schedules. Also worked on two international competitions from concept to presentation and is responsible for creating new business material and leads.

Working as an intern architect. Responsibilities included designing, computer drafting, 3d rendering, presentations and model making. Worked for two international competitions as well as a design for the new Brooklyn Navy Yards building.
Max Cardillo Architect, San Gemini, IT, Architect - Restorer
While in Italy for the University of Wisconsin’s San Gemini Program, worked on the survey, documentation and restoration of a 14th century Cathedral. Produced measured drawings after surveying with both traditional means and laser scanning.
Alkiviades Prepis Architect, Athens, GR, Architect
Worked full-time at Alkiviades Prepis’ architecture firm. Responsibilities included creation of construction and detail documents, while also contributed in architectural design for various residential and commerciql projects. Worked on the survey, documentation, restoration and re use project of a 1850 christian church on the island of Kassos, Greece.

Lavrio Technological & Cultural Park, Lávrion, GR, Architect
Final studio project was about the restoration and re-use of the “Floatation Building” of the Technological and Cultural Park in Lavrio, Greece. Survey and documentation was bought by the Park while the re-use proposal after collaboration with the Park’s architects team was incorporated into their future plans.
