•Managed small to medium size projects that involved master planning of Research and Office facilities, new construction, and Tenant Improvement/building rehabilitation including interior design, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, roofing, painting, landscaping. Prepared and reviewed project proposals, cost estimates and schedules.
•Provided coordination of office space relocation including drafting of new office/furniture design layouts.
