Design development and construction documents for a new 120-bed, 5-story inpatient tower in Valencia, CA. Developed and maintained Revit models with collaboration between architectural, structural and MEP teams. Responsible for coordinating large BIM data sets in production of door & window schedules. Additional experience in construction administration for a seismic & ADA upgrade project for UCLA, developing construction documents and securing agency approval for a new High School campus in Camarillo, CA, and exterior envelope & curtainwall detailing for the major renovation of a 140,000-sf student dormitory at SDSU.
