• Provides overall planning and construction/renovation project management; design and cost estimate processes, establishes project plans and schedules, produces drawings and manages construction. • Inspects job sites and reviews work for compliance with documents, progress of work, potential, or actual delays, and submits reports accordingly. • Develops, secures approval of, implements and administer project budgets, bid proposals, and specifications. Conducts periodic reviews and reconciliation of financial reports. • Acts as a primary contact with external consultants; provides technical or topical information, drawings, assistance and problem resolution for project related activities; assist the Director in development of design standards and specifications.
