-Create a wide range of assembly drawings trough the different phases of production (30%, 60%, 90%, 100%), Out to Permit (OTP) and Award. Coordinate and prepare CI’s changes (changes and modification after the project has been awarded)
-Use of external references, scaling of details views, section views and sheet preparation for all constructions projects.
-Prepare shell plans, square foot calculations, occupancy load calculation, travel distance calculation and roof top equipment height verification as requested.
-Coordinate RFI (Request for Information) with consultants and Project Manager. Edit Specifications and revised Submittals per indications of Project Manager.
-Conduct comprehensive code research for Code Compliance with Building code, zoning ordinance and accessibility. Coordinate Consultant Drawings (Structural, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Protection, Mechanical and Grocery) against our Architectural Drawings.
-Review that Waterflow Report, Environmental Reports and Structural Report were up date prior Out to Permit.
-Coordinate the preparation of Elevations and Material Board for presentations. Create Photoshop color and exterior changes on special projects for code compliance.
-Utilized Access Database to create forms to help organize Submittals reports; taught team members on the program, to improve productivity and efficiency.
-Distribute via FedEx documents, plans, reports. Maintain and update contact information for all projects and consultants. Collect information and file projects and reports. Deliver documents to various government agencies and keep daily track of their status online or directly with the county official. Log information and submit weekly report of their status.
