About 

I am a B.Arch graduate from Carnegie Mellon University living in San Francisco working on my IDP credit hours in pursuit of my architecture license.  I am a co-owner and co-founder of 5450 Modern, a Mid-Century Modern vintage furniture gallery in Pittsburgh, PA, and Architype LLC, a property development company.

Corporate Interiors work using Revit to produce complete drawing sets for high-end technology and investment companies, from concept desgn, pricing, permiting, through CDs, while servng as the company’s Furniture Specialist, includng preparing proposals, fit plans, and furniture packages for clients.

Concept design through SD on a chapel for Cranberry, PA North Catholic High School using Rhino to create structural models and drawings, as well as Revit work for the high school through 100% CDs. Generated Concept and DD drawings for a rain screen, lobby, and drop-off for the West Penn Hospital.

A design/build and property development company begun to renovate three sets of retail storefronts along Pittsburgh’s Penn Avenue; from acquisition through construction, interior and facade design, and fitout for a Mid-Century Modern furniture gallery, artist studio spaces, as well as leaseable retail space.

Worked in a small team on assisted and independant senior living projects in schematic, construction, and bid-propsal phases. Responsibilities included coordination of drawing sets and generation of BIM models using site-measurements and historic drawings, as well as correcting red-lines in existing sets.

Arthur Vining Davis Foundation Research Fund, Grant

Received a $1000 grant from the Arthur Vining Davis Foundation Research Fund for LDPE: LOOP: an installation at Future Tenant Gallery in downtown Pittsburgh from August 17 through September 2009. This project was a collaboration between five CMU B.Arch students.
