I am a recent graduate of the Bachelor of Architecture program at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. I am seeking a full-time architectural internship in which my skills and education can be utilized. I intend to complete the Intern Development Program(IDP).

I am responsible for maintaining the condition of rental property. This includes numerous residences and retail spaces. The majority of work is done to buildings between leases. Work includes painting, roof repair, window replacement, flooring removal, and various other tasks. I am responsible for managing my time and effort to provide the most cost-effective solution. I regularly participate in discussions on business strategy. My knowledge of materials and techniques has been valuable for this work.
