About 

            I am a seasoned professional with a 25 year track record of managing, producing, administrating and delivering high quality projects in a variety of uses implementing various delivery methods.

I have successfully managed projects and led others by example, practicing architecture as a team sport, exceeded client expectations ,delivering project milestone packages and directing work flow accordingly in fast track situations.

            My strong knowledge of codes, standards and construction documentation enables me to develop and utilize proactive, pragmatic solutions that keep projects on schedule, on budget while maintaining the design and aesthetic parameters through completion and occupancy.

            I have extensive experience as the day to day contact with Contractors, Owners and authorities having jurisdiction while managing the design and consulting team. In this capacity I have successfully executed the duties and responsibilities in dealing with  OAC meetings and documentation, submittal reviews, RFI processing, supplemental sketches and document issuance, scope modifications, payment applications and liaison with  authorities having jurisdiction.

            Additionally, the opportunity to provide services as the Owner's Representative has expanded my knowledge of the requirements in communicating the architectural deliverables, enabling me to develop and exercise the knowledge, skills and abilities required to manage multi-disciplinary teams required to deliver complex programs and projects.
