and exterior spaces of 2,400 sf residence.

• Southwestern College Campus, AM+A Design, Santa Fe, NM - Collaborated with architect in masterplan design proposal for existing 2 acre art therapy college campus. Developed parking, pedestrian, and construction phasing strategies based on lot size, traffic patterns, parking/operational requirements, school calendar, and teaching methodologies.

• Miyamura High School, 130,000 sf, Gallup NM
Client: Gallup-McKinnley School District, concourse stair, railing, and ramp design, design development, and construction documentation. Constructed 2010.

• Summit Apartments Rennovation, 52 units, 28,000 sf, Roswell, NM
Client: YES Housing non-profit, developed tax credit package for submission to NM Mortgage Finance Authority. Renovated 2009.

• Gallup Middle School Renovation, 14,700 sf, Gallup, NM
Client: Gallup-McKinnley School District, Phase II - existing facility utilization study, Phase III - design development, construction documentation. Renovated 2010.
