 Design Saks vendor shop white box set for new vendor shops or renovations including: Store Design Concept, Location Plan, Floor Lease line Plan, Ceiling Plan, Flooring Plan, Storefront , POS standard and shop details ect.
 Design and resolve all vendor shop design related comments to ensure compliance with the Saks design concept.
 Provide leadership in project management including: Saks Store design, Vendor Designers, Project Managers, construction teams, General Contractors, budget, quality control and shop open schedule maintenance.
 Coordinate the project’s program requirements including:, Saks in-house Design/Visual/Merchants/Store Operations.
 Design, review and redline vendor design development set, capacity and construction documents to ensure drawings are accurate and consistent; coordinate project scope with various consultants: Lighting, Engineer, Production Architect, Code and Construction Manager.
 Inspection of "hand-off" package received from "sales" group for completeness. Review of the planned sales information (capacity, size, budget, etc.) against proposal.
 Maintain constant dialogue with all teams involved regarding status and progress of projects.
 Oversee the construction bidding and permitting; procure capital review meeting dates, installation dates, general construction turnover dates and shop open date and store open events
 Conduct site visits, quality control, field reports, and punchlists.
