Architectural drafter for a design build firm in the Florida Keys, which specialized in high end custom homes, and landscapes. My responsibilities included developing and maintaining construction documents for all projects. Using AutoCAD software and organizing hundreds of files and revision sets on a company network. I worked with project managers on the site and helped them with requests for information and made corrections to drawings in a timely manner. I also calculated basic engineering for MEP and and used engineering software to gather wind and energy load data. I developed landscape and swimming pool designs and rendered drawings and posters for client presentation. Occasionally I would gather all necessary documents for building department and local governments submittal.
