I have thirty years' experience in the design fields, revolving around home building and have built two homes of my own.  Since 1993, I have worked for John Wieland Homes, Centex Homes and M/I Homes as Design Architect, Mid-Atlantic Regional Architect and Vice President of Architecture, respectively.  I was also the Director of the Residential Studio for JDavis Architects, here in Raleigh, NC.  A California-registered architect, I am currently owner of JBS Residential Design & Planning, LLC  and have designed and developed working drawings for many of the area's finest builders and projects, including Lennar's Inside Wade (www.insidewade.com) currently under construction.  I have an excellent understanding of all aspects of residential design, construction and management and can add significant strength in these areas to any company.  I am also an avid bicyclist, play classical guitar, enjoy woodworking, art and reading.
