I am an architect with eight years of experience in performing whole-building design in competition with contractor teams, and coordinating all integrated architectural and technical requirements. My fields of expertise include planning, design, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration for institutional and residential projects both for the public and private sector.
Currently I work as international development manager for Arnaiz Consultores. My position entails creating and implementing a strategy to identify and secure new business opportunities in the US and South America, leading international large scale and high profile projects from inception to completion and formulating and implementing a firm’s strategy. I have acquired experience in leading tenders and projects with the International Financing Institutions such as the
World Bank and the Interamerican Development Bank.
