Zaskorski & Notaro Architects LLP, Project Architect

Project Architect for a commercial loft building renovation/conversion into 65-luxury, 70-million dollar condominiums on Park Avenue South. Provide project management, design development, detailing and coordination of outside consultants for all aspects of the project from schematic programming to construction documents. Personally work with the building owners, European interior designer team, construction managers and real estate consultants in the planning and detailing of this new high-end condominium building. I personally oversaw the redevelopment of an existing subway stair entrance in the building and sidewalk/vault reconstruction along Park Avenue and 28th Street.

Provided complete interior and architectural services for new construction and renovation for both residential and commercial projects. Projects in both Ohio and NYC included new single–family, urban infill residences, several condominium renovations, and a 1.4-million dollar historic church restoration/renovation. These projects have incorporated custom designed built-in cabinetry, furniture, lighting, area rugs and selection of artwork. This experience has given me a valuable understanding into all aspects of running a small architectural office.

Corporex Development and Construction, Inc., Project Architect

Oversaw new construction and renovation of luxury residential, commercial office and banded hotel properties for the owner/developer. Personally assisted the CEO and VP of Construction with design and construction detailing including the award- winning 22-story, 85-million dollar Daniel Libeskind’s Ascent Condominium. Provided design development, construction documents, construction administration, client contact, fast track scheduling, FF&E schedules, furnishing selections and coordination of outside consultants.
