ORIGINALLY FROM BOCA RATON, FL, LAUREN CZARNIECKI GRADUATED FROM FLORIDA STATE UNIVERSITY WITH A DEGREE IN INTERIOR DESIGN AND ART HISTORY. THROUGHOUT HER TIME AT UNIVERSITY SHE STUDIED ABROAD TO FLORENCE, ITALY TO FURTHER HER KNOWLEDGE OF THE ITALIAN LANGUAGE AS WELL AS THE WORLD OF DESIGN AND ART. HER EXPERIENCES IN EUROPE HAVE GREATLY INFLUENCED HER INHERENT SENSE OF DESIGN AND DESIRES TO WORK WITH A GLOBAL DESIGN COMMUNITY.

As Designer and Project Manager at the Los Angeles office, my responsibilities include, but are not limited to: design development of taking conceptual designs to construction reality; construction document production and coordination; furniture design from concept to production; general project management; on-site meetings with contractors and clients; communication between clients and contractors; maintaining project schedules; sourcing new products and vendor resources; seeking and placing new staff and interns as necessary; as well as managing and training assistants and interns.
