Most recently worked for Tug Hill Construction in El Paso Texas on Fort Bliss Army Airfield reconstruction and roadwork projects. Other recent projects were the $4.8 billion Echelon Place and $1.8 billion Palazzo 50 story tower & casino projects (I was Chief of Parties at the Palazzo responsible for restoring JS&S’s reputation from having been thrown off of the job due to previous mistakes) doing layout for towers & other buildings as well as utility & site work. Previous yr. was on $1.75 billion Wynn Encore 50 story tower & casino, set up tower control & layout for tower incl. glass walls, piles, foundations & col. Layout for casino, parking gar. & misc. buildings. Other projects included Planet Hollywood project, Mirage Volcano reconstruction, City Center, Planet Hollywood Towers & Bell Transportation Parking Gar.

Prior experience was all in Boston, MA & New Hampshire area including 1 yr for McCourt Construction, Boston, on airport runway projects as well as Big Dig tunnel and surface restoration finishing projects. The primary job was construction of a $150 million new major runway to relieve congestion at Logan Airport using a GPS system which enabled one crew to provide services that would normally require three survey crews.

Before that was 7 yrs. on the $15 billion Big Dig project for Perini/Kiewit/Cashman on the South Station area of the northbound Central Artery, which involved underpinning & rebuilding the MBTA Red Line Station - the deepest (120') and most difficult section of the project. This also included moving and replacing one of the most complex networks of underground utilities in the city. I set up many procedures and methods that made the work more accurate, and productive. This project was the only section of the Big Dig completed on time (while under an intense accelerated schedule) and was commended for producing the highest quality work on the Artery.

Other projects included conversion of exist. paper mill to paper recycling plant, 3 waste water treatment plants (Deer Island, Lynn, Marshfield), 2 power plants (SEMASS Waste-to-Energy & Seabrook Nuclear), a rock cavern subway station (Porter Sq., Somerville), 2 parking garages, various roads, sea walls, piers & docks, airport runways, several schools, parks & residential developments.
