My scope of work was mainly focused on Schematic and Design phases. Projects included Architectural Fit Outs for Commercial, Workplace, Retail and Residential towers. I coordinated between Design Directors, Project Managers, Team Members and Manufacturer Reps. I procured presentations and layouts for client meetings as well as for Marketing requirements. In regards to the Masdar Headquarters project I was integral in research and development with regards to advanced materials and workstation design of this Zero Carbon Footprint project. High demands regarding the sustainability of products and materials required consistent questioning and proof of content from manufacturers. Asking for such information necessitated a personable attitude and resilient pressure for research into making products more sustainable.
