About 

A Project Architect proficient in residential, higher education and auditorium projects, I have experience in all facets of the architectural process from schematic design through construction administration. This experience is supported by skills in 3D modeling, graphic design, and illustration. I am currently looking for a position that encompasses and challenges these talents and expertise.

Cordogan Clark & Associates, Intern Architect

Summary: Responsible for all phases of design from schematic design through construction administration. Responsibility included client contact as well as direct communication with contractors and construction management.

 Collaborated with City Five Design Group to design and develop construction drawings for MLK Boulevard Condominiums, a 4-story, 4-unit (1,700 square foot each) cast stone and steel Romanesque style condo on Chicago’s south side

 As part of a campus master plan, originated and developed schematic design concepts for the addition of lobby and chapel facilities for Benkert Hall, the existing residence hall of Marmion Academy, a Catholic and Benedictine College Preparatory High School for Boys located in Aurora, IL

 Worked with the Downers Grove Park District from bid through construction administration to implement water protection and renovation of the 1892 Blodgett House, home of the Downers Grove Park District Museum

 Tutored colleagues in the use and implementation of office software, in particular Photoshop and Google SketchUp

 Designed graphic and marketing materials for firm presentation and promotion using Adobe Creative Suite and Google SketchUp

 Updated design of firm website
