I received my BFA from James Madison University's FIDER accredited Interior Design program. My summer internship was spent working with Gwathmey Siegel Associates Architects in Manhattan. After completing school, I worked for Michael Graves and Associates before leaving the field to work as a recruiter. I started Transept Recruiters in 2007 in order to combine my two loves- design and recruiting- and to provide a specialized resource for firms seeking qualified candidates.

I have remained in touch with my colleagues in the design industry and I have continued to network in the architecture field. I use these contacts as well as creative searches to place qualified candidates with top level firms.
