Experiences include:
* Human Genome Sciences, Rockville, MD Junior Architect and 3D designer; responsible for BIM model in Intergraph’s Project architect into PDS model. Preliminary and final design for a $250 million, 300,000 sf large-scale manufacturing facility on a 10 acre site. The project also includes mammalian and microbial production facilities, filling and packaging, warehousing, and QA/QC laboratories. Support facilities include cafeteria, lobby, and office space.

* Merck & Co., Inc., Wilson, NC Junior Architect and 3D designer; responsible for BIM model in Bentley’s TriForma/ MicroStation integrated with Engineering BIM model in CADcentre’s PDMS. Project was a 280,000 sf large scale bio-pharma manufacturing facility. Contract for a manufacturing expansion. Work includes a phased multi-building expansion of an existing pharmaceutical production facility, doubling the size of the warehouse and packaging areas, additions and renovations to the administration areas, a new expanded cafeteria and training facility, and renovations to a variety of existing plant support areas and laboratory spaces. Work scope includes placing new building “front door” and employee entrances on the facility, which after project completion will have more than doubled in area and production capacity.

* Janssen Ortho LLC (Johnson & Johnson subsidiary) Gurabo, Puerto Rico Junior Architect and 3D designer; responsible for BIM model in Softdesk’s Auto-architect. Project was a $250 million, 210,000 sf large-scale three-story multipurpose facility for pharmaceutical manufacturing. The facility will make products for both domestic and international markets
